Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of NDUFA1 in Hela cells using NDUFA1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-79724). Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated with the primary antibody at 5 µg/mL.
