NDUFA4 Antibody (PA5-118589) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical analysis of NDUFA4 in HepG2 cells using a NDUFA4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118589). The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100,then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were then incubated with the primary antibody and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody at a dilution of 1:200 for 1 hour at 37°C.
