NDUFA8 Antibody (PA5-36491) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of NDUFA8 in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue (strong cytoplasmic staining) and negative control (right, with PBS only). Samples were incubated with NDUFA8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-36491) at a dilution of 1:50, followed by goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-biotin and avidin peroxidase.

NDUFA8 is an accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed to be not involved in catalysis. Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits and transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
