NDUFB3 Antibody (PA5-103946) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of NDUFB3 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with NDUFB3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103946) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Lane 1: Mouse spleen, blocked with antigen-specific peptides; Lane 2: Mouse spleen; Lane 3: Mcf7 cells (serum starvation treatment); Lane 4: P19 cells (UV treatment).
