          NOD2 Antibody (PA5-104317) in ICC/IF

          Immunocytochemistry analysis of NOD2 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with NOD2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104317) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies.           Antibody detects endogenous levels of total NOD2.

          靶标信息

          NOD2 is a member of the apoptosis regulating protein family that includes caspase recruitment-domains, as well as Apaf-1 and NOD1. It contains two N-terminal CARDs, a nucleotide binding domain (NBD), and multiple C-terminal leucine-rich repeats (LRRs). NOD2 is expressed in monocytes (whereas NOD1 is expressed in multiple tissues). NOD2 plays a role in regulating NF-kappaB, acts as an intracellular receptor for bacterial lipopolysaccharides, and contributes to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and Crohn's disease.
