NQO2 Antibody (PA5-120133) in WB
Western blot analysis of NQO2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with NQO2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120133) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

NQO2 is a flavoprotein that catalyzes the 2-electron reduction of various quinones, redox dyes, and the vitamin K menadione. NQO2 predominantly uses dihydronicotinamide riboside (NRH) as the electron donor (Wu et al., 1997).
