NSF Antibody (MA567991) in WB
Western Blot analysis of NSF in SH-SY5Y using NSF Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA567991). 15 μg of SH-SY5Y lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. NSF Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA567991) was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. NSF band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
