Immunocytochemical analysis of OAT using OAT Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-50376) in A431 cells at a dilution of 1:500. Cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: OAT stained by OAT antibody (MA5-50376) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
