Flow cytometry of Orexin Receptor 2 in A172 human glioblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Orexin Receptor 2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24178) or isotype control. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
