PALMD Antibody (A305-789A-T) in WB
Detection of human PALMD by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from HeLa, Hep-G2, and K562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PALMD antibody A305-789A-M (lot A305-789A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
