PAX6 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis with a PAX6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-50174) using a dilution of 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human pancreatic tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.55% DAB.

Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.55% DAB.

PAX6 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry analysis overlay peak curve showing SH-SY5Y cells stained with PAX6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-50174) for 45 min at 4&(8)451;. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) at (1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.

靶标信息

This gene encodes paired box gene 6, one of many human homologs of the Drosophila melanogaster gene prd. In addition to the hallmark feature of this gene family, a conserved paired box domain, the encoded protein also contains a homeo box domain. Both domains are known to bind DNA, and function as regulators of gene transcription. This gene is expressed in the developing nervous system, and in developing eyes. Mutations in this gene are known to cause ocular disorders such as aniridia and Peter's anomaly. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding either the same or different isoform have been found for this gene.
