PDAP1 Antibody (A304-650A) in IP
Detection of human PDAP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PDAP1 antibody (Product # A304-650A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PDAP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PDAP1 antibody A304-651A. For blotting immunoprecipitated PDAP1, A304-650A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

PDGFA-associated protein 1 (PDAP1) is a phosphoprotein that may upregulate the PDGFA-stimulated growth of fibroblasts and also downregulate the mitogenicity of PDGFB. PDGFA in rodents has been shown to bind PDGFA with a low affinity.
