PDCD7 Antibody (MA5-42671) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PDCD7 in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma. Samples were incubated with PDCD7 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-42671) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

PDCD7 is a protein with sequence similarity to a mouse protein originally identified in embryonic stem cells. In mouse T-cell lines, this protein appears to be related to glucocorticoid- and staurine-induced apoptotic pathways, and to be linked to ceramide-mediated signaling. These observations suggest that this gene product is involved in specific apoptotic processes in T-cells.
