Immunocytochemistry (confocal imaging) analysis of Hep G2 cells using PGAM5 Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51246) using a dilution of 1:300 (Red). The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-38221) using a dilution of 1:400 (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (blue). Objective: 60x.
