PGK1 Antibody (PA5-95322) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of PGK1 in U87 cells using PGK1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-95322). Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated with the primary antibody at 5 µg/mL. Cy3 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1:500 dilution and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. Visualized using a fluorescence microscope and filter sets appropriate for the label used.

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human 293T whole cell, rat brain tissue, rat liver tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse liver tissue. ICC/IF: U87 cell. Flow: 293T cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Also known as ATP:3-phosphoglycerate 1-phosphotransferase showed that the plasmin reductase isolated from conditioned medium of fibrosarcoma cells is the glycolytic enzyme phosphoglycerate kinase. They concluded that phosphoglycerate kinase not only functions in glycolysis but is secreted by tumor cells and participates in the angiogenic process as a disulfide reductase.
