Samples: purified MBP tag protein, 50 ng, (1), purified MBP-Hv TF (MYB-family like PHR 1) tag protein 50 ng, (2), purified MBP+Hv PHR 1,50 ng, (3). Samples were separated on 13% SDS-PAGE and blotted 1 h to PVDF/nitrocellulose using semi-dry transfer. Blot was blocked with 10% milk for 1 h/RT with agitation. Lyophilized antibody can be stored at -20°C for up to 3 years. Re-constituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for several days to weeks. Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
For reconstitution add 50 µL of sterile water.

Diseases associated with PHR1 protein mutation include Wallerian Degeneration and deafness due to Autosomal Recessive 63 dysfunction.
