PLCD1 Antibody (PA5-115769) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PLCD1 in human ovarian cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with PLCD1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115769) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

PLC comprises a diverse family of enzymes that differ in structure and tissue distribution (Berridge, 1993 ).
