PMCH Antibody (PA5-117327) in WB

Western blot analysis of PMCH in Various tissue extracts (50 µg). Samples were separated with 15% SDS-PAGE and incubated in PMCH polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117327) using a dilution of 1:500, followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Detection was performed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
