PMPCB Antibody (MA5-49303) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of PMPCB in MCF-7 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in PMPCB Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49303) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL.
