PQLC2 Antibody (PA5-48512) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of PQLC2 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human testis tissue. Samples were incubated with PQLC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48512) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

PQLC2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of PQLC2 in THP-1 whole cell lysate. Samples were incubated with PQLC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48512) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 32 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

PQLC2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of PQLC2 in mouse spleen tissue lysates. Samples were incubated with PQLC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48512). Lysates: 35 µg/lane. PQLC2 protein (arrow).
