PSMG1 Antibody (PA5-118215) in WB
Western Blot using PSMG1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118215) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: 293T Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: U-251 MG Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 33 kDa. Observed band size: 28 kDa.

The PSMG1-PSMG2 heterodimer binds to the PSMA5 and PSMA7 proteasome subunits, promotes assembly of the proteasome alpha subunits into the heteroheptameric alpha ring and prevents alpha ring dimerization.
