A431 cells were stained with Panitumumab monoclonal (Product # MA5-41815) antibody (Yellow Histogram) and isotype control antibody (Blue Histogram), After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Panitumumab (ABX-EGF) is a recombinant human IgG2 monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to the human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). This pharmaceutical is an antineoplastic agent. Ruplizumab is an anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody. The binding of CD40 to its ligand, CD40L, is a critical element in T cell activation. In systemic lupus erythematosus, CD40L is over-expressed on T cells, B cells, and monocytes.
