Western blot analysis of Phospho-Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin (Thr567, Thr564, Thr558) in Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts. Samples were incubated with Phospho-Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin (Thr567, Thr564, Thr558) recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA568121) using a dilution of 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Moesin, a member of the talin-4.1 superfamily, is a linking protein of the submembraneous actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines but not in blood cells. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
