Western Blot analysis of RAB11FIP4A using the RAB11FIP4A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-116379) at a 1:1000 dilution. ZF4 whole cell lysates were loaded at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 71 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
