Western Blot analysis of RAB13 using the RAB13 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-37779) at a 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: MCF-7 whole cell lysate, Lane 2: A431 whole cell lysate, Lane 3: A549 whole cell lysate, Lane 4: U-87 MG whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-mouse IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size : 23 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
