RAB6B Antibody (MA5-49546) in WB

Western blot analysis of RAB6B in various protein samples. Samples were incubated with RAB6B monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49546) with a dilution of 1 µg/mL, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG secondary antibody. RAB6B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 µg of SH-SY5Y lysate; Lane 2: 15 µg of mouse brain tissue lysate; Lane 3: 15 µg of rat brain tissue lysate. Result: MA5-49546 can detect Rab6b by Western blotting.
