RABL4 Antibody (PA5-100569) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RABL4 in HepG2 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RABL4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100569) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
RABL4 belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, Ras family. RABL4 possesses GTPase activity. This gene encodes a putative GTP-binding protein similar to RAY/RAB1C. The protein is ras-related, but the function is unknown.
