RGS10 Antibody (PA5-106721) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of RGS10 in HepG2. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with RGS10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106721) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total RGS10.
靶标信息
RGS10 inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPASE activity of G protein alpha subunits thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form. It associates specifically with the activated forms of the G protein subunits G(I)-ALPHA and G(Z)- alpha but fails to interact with the structurally and functionally distinct G(S)-alpha subunit. Activity on G(Z)-alpha is inhibited by palmitoylation of the G-protein.
