Immunocytochemistry analysis of RNH1 in Hela cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in RNH1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49270) using a dilution of 2 μg/mL.
