RPL26L1 Antibody (MA5-44825) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RPL26L1 in MCF-7 cells (green). Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 10 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 10% negative goat serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated in RPL26L1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44825) using a dilution of 1:50 for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS followed by Alexa Fluor®488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).
