RRP9 Antibody (A303-970A) in WB
Detection of human RRP9 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HEK293T, HeLa, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RRP9 antibody (Product # A303-970A) (lot A303-970A-1) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

The Ku autoantigen is a heterodimer of 70kDa (p70) and approximately 80kDa (p80) proteins. The p70/p80 dimer is important for function of a 460kDa DNA-dependent protein kinase that phosphorylates certain transcription factors, including Sp1, Oct-1, p53, and SV40 large T antigen in vitro. Ku protein plays a role in cell signaling, proliferation, DNA repair, replication, transcriptional activation, and apoptosis.
