Immunocytochemical staining of Rab4 in HeLa cells using Rab4 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57660) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; RAB4A was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

Rab4 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of Rab4. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from C2C12, H9c2, HAP-1, HeLa, HepG2, and HT-1080 cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with Rab4 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57660) at a 1:5,000 dilution and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a 1:20,000 dilution respectively.

Rab4 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of Rab4. RAB4A expression in wild type (WT) and RAB4A shRNA knockdown (KD) HeLa cells with 20 μg of total cell lysates . Beta-Tubulin serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with Rab4 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57660) at a 1:5,000 dilution and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a 1:20,000 dilution respectively.
