Rad50 Antibody (A300-184A) in IP
Detection of human Rad50 by immunoprecipitation and western blot. Sample: Nuclear extract (1 mg) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Rad50 (Product # A300-184A) used at 0.25 µg/mL for WB of Rad50 immunoprecipitated by 1.25 µg of affinity purified rabbit anti-Rad50 (BL190) or affinity purified rabbit anti-Rad50 (BL193) (Product #A300-185A). Detection: Chemiluminescence.

Rad50-13B3 recognizes human Rad50, a 153a protein involved in DNA double strand break repair. Rad50 is associated with Mre11 and p95 (Nibrin) to form a multiprotein complex involved in the double strand break repair process. Upon DNA damage, Rad50 and Mre11 redistribute and are co-localized within the nucleus of damaged cells.
