Recoverin Antibody (PA5-110287) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Recoverin in paraffin-embedded mouse retina. Samples were incubated with Recoverin Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110287) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
