RhoJ Antibody (PA5-48271) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RhoJ in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse heart tissue. Samples were incubated with RhoJ polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48271) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Rho proteins regulate the dynamic assembly of cytoskeletal components for several physiologic processes, such as cell proliferation and motility and the establishment of cell polarity.
