SARS-CoV-2 ORF9b Antibody (PA5-143833) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of SARS-CoV-2 ORF9b. Samples were incubated with SARS-CoV-2 ORF9b Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143833) followed by Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:20,000. A sandwich ELISA was performed using immunogen peptide as coating antigen and the anti-SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) ORF9b antibody as the capture antibody. Detection range is from 0.3 ng/mL to 1,000 ng/mL.

ORF9b plays a role in the inhibition of host innate immune response by targeting the mitochondrial-associated adapter MAVS. Mechanistically, usurps the E3 ligase ITCH to trigger the degradation of MAVS, TRAF3, and TRAF6. In addition, causes mitochondrial elongation by triggering ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of dynamin-like protein 1/DNM1L.
