Western blot analysis of SARS-CoV-2 ORF9c in 293 cell lysate from WT and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) ORF9c transfected cells. Samples were incubated with SARS-CoV-2 ORF9c Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143834) followed by Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. 1h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Lane 1: 0.25 µg/mL and Lane 2: 0.5 µg/mL.
