SCML2 Antibody (PA5-104133) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SCML2 in mouse testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with SCML2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104133) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

SCML2 is a putative component of a Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein complex involved in represing transcription of homeotic genes during development. It mediates chromatin remodeling and DNA dependent negative regulation of transcription by binding to methylated lysine residues in histone tails.
