SEC11A Antibody (PA5-49273) in WB
Western blot analysis of SEC11A in MCF-7 whole cell lysate. Samples were incubated with SEC11A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49273) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 21 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

The encoded protein is an 18kDa subunit of the signal peptidase complex and has been linked to cell migration and invasion, gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A related pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 8.
