Immunohistochemistry analysis of SERPINB3 on paraffin-embedded Human Esophageal Cancer tissue. Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 15 min. Samples were incubated with SERPINB3 Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA573242) using a dilution at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by DAB staining.
