SH3GL2 Antibody (PA5-142943) in WB
Western Blot analysis of SH3GL2 in Human Frontal Cortex lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using SH3GL2 Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # PA5-142943) at 0.3 µg/mL incubated for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence, using streptavidin-HRP and using NAP blocker as a substitute for skimmed milk.
