SIGLEC5 Antibody (PA5-110370) in WB
Western blot analysis of SIGLEC5 in mouse spleen. Samples were incubated with SIGLEC5 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110370) using a dilution of 1:800, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

SIGLEC5 (CD170) is a member of the sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin family expressed mainly on myeloid cells such as neutrophils and monocytes. It functions as an inhibitory receptor that recognizes sialylated glycans and transduces signals through immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs) in its cytoplasmic tail, helping regulate innate immune responses and dampen inflammation.
