SLA/LP Antibody (MA568051) in ELISA
Indirect ELISA analysis of SLA/LP using SLA/LP Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA568051). 96-well microtiter plates were coated with SLA/LP protein at 4 °C overnight. Plates were blocked with 2 % BSA in PBS-T (0.1 % Tween) at room temperature for 1 hour. Serial dilutions of SLA/LP Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody was used as the primary antibody and added into the plates for 1 hour of incubation.
