SNAPC3 Antibody (PA5-100779) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded SNAPC3 in human lung tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with SNAPC3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100779) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

SNAPC3 is part of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. SNAPC3 binds to the proximal sequence element (PSE), a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these 2 types of genes. SNAPC3 recruits TBP and BRF2 to the U6 snRNA TATA box.
