Western blot analysis of lysates from wild type (WT) and SNRNP70 knockdown (KD) 293T cells using SNRNP70 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-55557) at 1:3,000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit Exposure time: 90s.
