SNRPF Antibody (PA5-88388) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SNRPF in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma. Samples were incubated with SNRPF Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88388) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
