SNX10 Antibody (MA5-27067) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human bladder tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1mM EDTA in 10mM Tris buffer (pH8.5) at 120°C for 3 min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a SNX10 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27067) at a dilution of 1:150.

Plays a role in cilium biogenesis through regulation of the transport and the localization of proteins to the cilium. Required for the localization to the cilium of V-ATPase subunit ATP6V1D and ATP6V0D1, and RAB8A. Involved in osteoclast differentiation and therefore bone resorption.
