Immunocytochemistry analysis of SQSTM1 using anti-SQSTM1 antibody (Product # PA5-95088) . SQSTM1 was detected in a section of A549 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-SQSTM1 antibody (Product # PA5-95088) overnight at 4°C. Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human COLO-320 whole cell, human A549 whole cell. IHC: rat brain tissue, human gastric cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human oesophagus squama cancer tissue, human rectal cancer tissue, human sarcoma tissue, human cholangiocarcinoma tissue, human liver cancer tissue, mouse brain tissue, rat liver tissue. ICC/IF: A549 cell. Flow: A549 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This gene encodes a multifunctional protein that binds ubiquitin and regulates activation of the nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway. The protein functions as a scaffolding/adaptor protein in concert with TNF receptor-associated factor 6 to mediate activation of NF-kB in response to upstream signals. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding either the same or different isoforms have been identified for this gene. Mutations in this gene result in sporadic and familial Paget disease of bone.
