Western Blot using SRFBP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81042) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Hela Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 47 kDa. Observed band size: 68 kDa.
