Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of of STAM1 in SH-SY5Y cells (green). Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 10% negative goat serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Target Information
STAM (Signal transducing adaptor molecule) is an adaptor molecule involved in downstream signaling pathways mediated by growth factors and cytokines. STAM also plays an important role in endocytosis, the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, and membrane trafficking. In humans, the gene encoding STAM is located on chromosome 10.
